以竞赛为抓手培养大学生工程创新能力和综合素质的探索——以全国大学生化工设计竞赛为例

摘要
本研究以多年指导学生参加全国大学生化工设计竞赛的成果为例,从竞赛的选择原则、组织方法、学生作品质量等角度总结和分析了学科竞赛对学生工程创新能力和综合素质的影响。通过选择理念先进的专业综合竞赛,采取责任教育、竞赛与实践教学相融合的组织管理方法,引导学生克服参加竞赛过程中遇到的困难,成功完成竞赛作品。通过这项训练活动,可以提升学生的工程创新能力以及责任心、自学能力、团队协作能力等综合素质。
        According to the achievements of guiding students to participate in the National College Students' Chemical Engineering Design Competition(CEDC)for many years,the author summarized and analyzed the effects of subject competition on students' engineering innovation ability and comprehensive quality from the perspectives of competition selection principle,organization method and the quality of students' works.Through the selection of the advanced professional comprehensive competition idea,the management method of integration of responsibility education,competition and practice teaching is adopted.This development is designed to guide students to overcome the difficulties during competition process and successfully complete the competition works.The training actively can improve students' comprehensive abilities of engineering innovation,self-study and team cooperation,as well as the sense of responsibility.
