摘要
某火力发电厂烟气脱硫技术采取石灰石-石膏湿法烟气脱硫工艺,该厂的四套石灰石浆液制备系统采用湿式球磨机制浆,球磨机筒体选用橡胶衬板,球磨机出力随着衬板磨损会逐步下降,电耗越来越高,经济性差,通过将橡胶衬板改为钢衬板的可行性研究分析及现场试验,并对试验过程中存在的问题予以改进,最终改造成功,取得更好的安全可靠性和经济性。
        The limestone-gypsum wet flue gas desulfurization process is adopted in the flue gas desulfurization technology of a thermal power plant. The four sets of limestone slurry preparation system of the plant adopts wet ball milling mechanism slurry and the rubber liner is used in the cylinder of the ball mill. The output of the ball mill will gradually decrease with the wear of the liner, the power consumption will be higher and higher, and the economy will be poor. Through the feasibility study and field test of changing the rubber liner into the steel liner, and the problems existing in the test process will be improved, the transformation has been made successful, and better safety, reliability and economy are achieved.
