摘要
介绍1套基于差分吸收光谱技术(DOAS)的超低Cl_2排放监测光学装置,进行了对宽带介质膜反射镜和Cl_2的测试实验。在测试Cl_2前对宽带介质膜反射镜进行腐蚀性测试,在10%的H_2SO_4溶液下长时间浸泡,反射率基本没有变化;在怀特池内长时间连续通入500ppm Cl_2,介质膜反射镜完好无损,结果证明其耐腐蚀性较强。利用DOAS技术结合偏最小二乘法进行了超低Cl_2排放监测实验,结果显示其检测下限低至0.1ppm,测量量程可实现0~30ppm,足够满足新法规检测要求。
        A ultra-low emission Cl_2 monitoring optical system based on differential optical absorption spectroscopy(DOAS) has been set up,and the broadband dielectric coating ref lector and Cl_2 were carried out. The broadband dielectric coating ref lector was tested for corrosion before the test of Cl_2. The reflectance was not reduced after immersion in 10% H_2SO_4 solution for a long time. Likewise, 500 ppm Cl_2 was introduced into the white pool for a long time continuously, and the dielectric coating reflector was intact. So, it proves that it has strong corrosion resistance. The ultra-low emission Cl_2 monitoring experiment was realized by DOAS technology combined with Partial Least Squares method. The results show that the detection limit is as low as 0.1ppm, and the measurement range can be 0-30ppm, which is enough to meet the requirements of the new regulation.
