摘要
以SW-220K型转向架构架为例,通过建立动力学计算模型,获得疲劳分析加载的载荷—时间历程,将动力学计算结果返回至有限元计算中,利用振型分解法得到该载荷—时间历程下的动态应力分布及应力—时间历程,并依据相应的编谱方法进行动应力编谱,根据Miner损伤定理计算得到构架的疲劳寿命。
By taking SW-220K bogie frame for example,the dynamic model was established to get load-time history for fatigue life analysis.The dynamic calculation results were returned to FEM model.Using the vibration mode decomposition method to get dynamic stress distribution and strees-time history,and using the appropriate methods to make dynamic strees spectrum,the fatigue life of the bogie frame was calculated basing on Miner damage theorem.
