摘要
利用鱼骨状水平分支井来提高原油采收率是一项新的高精度、高要求钻井技术。由于地震解释对油层展布在预测精度上存在局限性,如何确保主井眼及各分支井眼成功地追踪油层,使井身轨迹符合设计要求,是录井人员面临的新课题。针对这一课题,以CB 26 BP1鱼骨状水平分支井的钻井地质设计与施工为例,探讨了录井施工的3大难点,即录井方法的适应性、岩屑的代表性和钻时的"真实性",阐述了卡准油层顶界、落实靶点位置和追踪水平段油层的有效方法。该井在钻井施工过程中,利用气测录井全烃值、岩屑录井的岩性识别和槽面显示特征,结合随钻测井的自然伽马和电阻率,参照地层构造特征和地震反演剖面,水平段油层钻遇率为98%,达到了设计要求。
Using herringbone horizontal multi-branching wells to raise oil recovery factor is a new drilling technology of high accuracy and high requirements.Due to the accuracy limita- tion of seismic interpretation in predicting oil layer distribu- tion,it is a new project lying ahead of mud logging techni- cians how to insure original borehole and branching bore- holes to successfully trace oil layers and make wellbore traj- ectory accord with the design demands.In view of this new subject,taking drilling & geological design and construc- tion for herringbone horizontal multi-branching well CB 26 BP1 as an example,the paper delves into the three key dif- ficult points in mud logging operation,which are the adapt- ability of mud logging methods,cuttings representativeness and drilling time authenticity,and also sets forth the effec- tive methods for sticking the top boundary of oil layers,fix- ing the target positions and tracing the horizontal oil layers. During drilling construction of the horizontal multi-branch- ing well CB 26 BP1,using gas logging total hydrocarbon values,cutting logging lithology identification,drilling fluid ditch level indicating characteristics,combining with natural gamma and resistivity logging-while-drilling,with reference to formation structural attitude and seismic inversion pro- file,the rate for oil layers horizontally drilled into is 98 per- cent,thus meeting the design requirements.
