摘要
近年地震多发,震中地区的水电机组均受到不同程度的损坏。为研究地震后机组运行的可靠性,根据恢复运行后其运行条件和方式较灾前变化情况,把承受转动部件的上机架纳入分析对象,对应不同工况在上机架上采用应变片测试来验证计算分析的正确性。为了准确计算转动部件承受的载荷,采用CFD对水轮机内部流场进行三维数值模拟,将流场的计算结果作为结构场的初始条件。以地震力和地震加速度两种方式加载地震载荷,采用单向流固耦合方法对各部件进行地震载荷下的仿真计算与工程实测数据对比发现二者吻合较好。结果表明,文章采用的方法能正确评估水轮机结构强度,对机组灾后运行安全性分析有一定指导作用。
In recent years,hydropower projects in the epicenter areas are subject to different degrees of damage from the frequent earthquake.To study the operating stability of hydro-power generating units after the earthquake,this paper calculates the hydrogenerating set suffering from partial centered stress,according to the resumed operating conditions and changes brought by the earthquake.Based on CFD capacity forecasting,by using RNG k-e model and SIMPLE arithmetic,this paper simulates the inner hydraulic turbine flow field in three-dimensional numerical simulation and uses the simulation as the initial conditions for constructive field.Loads brought by the earthquake are calculated by seismic forces and seismic accelerations and uses the one-way fluid-structure interaction simulation to complete the simulation of working of components under seismic loads.Compared with engineering tests,the simulation has a relative agreement.The results show that this method can correctly calculate the turbine structural strength,providing guidance for the safety operation to the units in consequential period and good for the further structural optimization.It also serves as a reference for the reconstruction work of power plants and has a practical engineering significance.
