摘要
介绍了钢筋沥青隔震层的基本构造和工作原理,利用结构力学知识对钢筋沥青隔震层极限水平位移进行理论分析,推导钢筋沥青隔震层在多遇、罕遇地震作用下其容许位移和二阶效应影响系数的计算公式;探讨钢筋沥青隔震层在不发生第二类失稳破坏时,对隔震竖向钢筋长径比及根数的要求,分析数据并拟合曲线,得到相关关系式。通过对多种工况下的隔震层试件进行振动台试验,研究钢筋沥青隔震层在不同隔震竖向钢筋直径和不同加速度幅值输入时的隔震层相对位移及动力特性。结果表明:理论分析与试验结果比较吻合,验证了钢筋沥青隔震层在多遇、罕遇地震作用下其容许位移的计算公式、二阶效应影响系数的计算公式和隔震竖向钢筋长径比与根数的关系式的可靠性。
The basic structure and working principle of steel-asphalt isolation layer are introduced. The theoretical analysis of the ultimate horizontal displacement of the isolation layer was conducted by using the knowledge of the structural mechanics. The calculation formulae of the steel-asphalt isolation layer' allowable displacement under frequent and severe earthquakes and the second-order influence coefficient were derived. In addition,the requirements on the slenderness ratio and numbers of the vertical bars were discussed to avoid the second kind of stability in the layer.Through data analysis and curve fitting,calculation formula for the relationship between slenderness ratio and numbers of the vertical bars were obtained. To study the displacement of the isolation layer and the dynamic characteristics,shaking table tests were carried out for the cases with different bar diameters and input acceleration amplitudes. The results show that the theoretical analyses agree well with the experimental results,thus verifying the reliability of the calculation formulae of steel-asphalt isolation layer' allowable displacement, the second-order influence coefficient, and the relationship between the length diameter ratio and its numbers of the vertical reinforcement.
