摘要
将德尔尼露天矿4 728m平台临近高陡边坡某一爆场一分为二,一侧采用传统的普通雷管逐排起爆技术,另一侧采用ORICA(澳瑞凯)高精度雷管逐孔起爆技术,对两侧不同的控制爆破方案进行试验。通过监测分析两爆区技术指标和爆后经济指标,以期确定最佳爆破方案。在试验的基础上通过主成分分析法(PCA)对爆破方案和爆破技术效益建立相关的数学评价模型,确定不同的爆破方案对爆破技术指标的影响,整个评价过程运用SPSS软件进行分析,最终以数学理论的形式说明不同方案与技术指标间的影响程度,为最佳爆破方案的选择提供理论支持。
The 4 728 mplatform in DEERNI open pit mine,a nearly steep slope blasting site,has been divided into two parts.This paper has done two different controlled blasting experiments toward these two parts.One is common detonator blasting by row,another is ORICA detonator blasting by holes.And,the paper makes a comparison of technical and economical indexes between these two areas to find out the optimal blasting method.Then,the major mathematical models have been established toward the blasting method and blasting benefit,based on the principal component analysis(PCA).By the means of SPSS analysis,these two methods show different influential degree toward technical index,which offers theoretical guidance to the selection of controlled blasting method for nearly high-steep slope in open pit mine.
