摘要
针对程庄矿15104综放工作面过超大陷落柱时遇到的煤矸混合造成煤质下降的问题,确定了强行通过该陷落柱方案,并提出了煤矸分装分运系统。实践表明:与重新布巷规避陷落柱相比,煤矸分装分运系统节省了因掘巷和工作面搬家倒面增加的近200万元的资金投入,直接经济效益达700万元,取得了良好的安全经济效益;煤矸分装分运系统的应用能够将矸石剥离和煤矸运输之间高效有序的衔接起来,对类似条件下的矿井生产具有一定的借鉴意义。
According to the issue of the poor quality of coal mixing with gangues through the large collapse column of 15104 comprehensive caving working face in Chengzhuang coal mine,determines scheme force through the collapse column,designs the separation system of coal and gangue. Practice shows that this separation system saves approximately 2 million yuan,which is compared with redesign the working face system to avoid collapse column. This system was applied to separate gangues from coal and transport them effectively which provides for similar conditions of the mine production has a certain reference significance.
