摘要
以某粮库立筒仓结构单仓模型为研究对象,进行了环境激励测试方案和模态参数识别研究。结合单仓自身的结构特点,提出了切实可行的测点布置方案和分批测试方案。通过对测试数据进行预处理分析,消除了原始信号的趋势项,保留了所感兴趣的频率信号。利用时域模态参数识别方法识别得到了单仓有效的频率、阻尼比和振型,并与传统峰值拾取法识别结果进行了对比分析,实现了互补和验证。单仓研究结果可用于指导在役立筒仓结构的环境激励测试和模态参数识别研究。
A single grain silo model was taken for the study on test plans to ambient excitation test and modal parameters identification. Combined with the characteristics of the single silo,the practical measuring-points arrangement and batch testing program were proposed. Through the preprocessing analysis of the test data,the original signal trend item was eliminated,and the frequency signal of interest was retained. Then,the timedomain modal parameters identification method was used to identify the frequency,damping ratio and vibration mode shapes,meanwhile the traditional peak picking method was employed to obtain associated modal parameters. The comparison of numerical results of these two methods achieved complementarity and verification. The obtained results can be used to guide the study on ambient excitation tests and modal parameters identifications of silo structures in service.
