摘要
The measurement uncertainty of molybdenum determination results for molybdenum ore samples by spectrophometric method was evaluated and the mathematical model of uncertainty expression was also established. The main sources of measurement uncertainty came from calibration curve fitting and repetitive experiments. When the average concentration of Mo in samples was 0.054%, the expanded uncertainty was 0.003 0% (k=2).
