摘要
The water demand cannot be met by the existing water source in Kangbashen District, because of population growth and city growing, new water source is proposed in Maowusu desert. According to test results of groundwater in the new area, the content of ammonia, iron and manganese is not in line with the requirement of drinking water health standards, the appropriate treatment must be done so as to be used as drinking water. Some protection measures are provided for reasonably exploiting groundwater.
