Simulating Seepage and Stability of Shaiyanba Landslide with Storm and Reservoir Level Change

摘要
The landslide in Yunyang,  Chongqing City,  is studied to explore about the influence of heavy rain and reservoir level on the stability of Three Gorges Reservoir slopes.  Saturated-unsaturated seepage theory and finite element method are used to simulate the change of the seepage field to calculate stability coefficient.  The results show that the stability first decreases and then increases no matter the level rises or falls.
