Tight Reservoir Evaluation of the Unconventional Oil and Study on the Main Controlling Factors of Hydrocarbon Accumulation in Santanghu Basin

Based on the theoretical mechanism of the formation of unconventional oil, through the combination of the core hand-specimen description and microscopic observation, the oil accumulating mechanism of hydrocarbon source rocks is focused on the basis of a large number of experimental analysis of the samples from the above rocks, and moreover the oil enriched form and distribution characteristics are analyzed. At the same time, integrating the conditions of the petroleum geology, the oil migration mechanism and conservative conditions are figured out, and then the accumulating laws and the corresponding main controlling factor are presented. The studies show that the transitional lithology between the carbonate and mud rocks is characterized by high porosity, well development and pretty higher TOC, so it is best source-rock reservoir; the primary pores, dissolved pores and fractures are the main accumulating spaces; the enrichment of the oil and gas is mainly controlled by the source-rock quality, maturity and accumulating property, while the ditions of the unconventional oil.
