摘要
In order to expounding the Sedimentary facies in Paleogene of Kunlun piedmont zone,Tarim Basin,based on fine outcrop description and log information,the results show that the Paleogene strata of Kunlun piedmont zone can be divided into five formations from bottom to top: Artashi Formation,Qimugen Formation,Kalataer Formation,Wulagen Formation and Bashibulake Formation.The transgression and regression happened twice in Paleogene system,and each formation or section developed typical and relatively single sedimentary facies.The strata of Paleogene system developed gulf-tidal-flat-carbonate platform-tidal flat facies from bottom to top.
