In order to optimize the technology of microfluorescence spectrum and improve its application effects in the studies of petroleum geology, on the basis of analyzing the parameters of microfluorescence spectrum, many parameters are systematically made clear and furthermore the general ideas of their geochemical significances are disclosed. Finally the following research orientations are clarified: with the help of the improved parameter system, conduct petroleum migration studies on the basis of biodegradation and tomographic action and moreover through the comprehensive test and analysis, solve the multi-solution problem of fluorescence spectrum method.
