摘要
This paper deals with the application of modern remote sensing technology to geology and ore exploration. The technology includs lithological discrimination, data extraction of mineralization and altera tion, geological structure, and the mineralization-related vegetable spectral characteristics etc. Some new remote sensing technologies are summarized, such as mineralization and alteration extraction technology of multi-spectrral remote sensing data, hyperspectral remote sensing technology, as well as their application to geological exploration. And some ideas and prospects of the application are put forward.
