The system collects hundreds of geology exploration reports of recent 50 years of Guizhou Province, it did the detailed dynamic analyses to the prospected coal resources. Then it studied the available reserve ability of cola resource in Guizhou Province and the reserve ability of the existing production mine, plan mine and small coal mines. For the grey clustering, analytical hierarchy process and other mathematical statistics methods, mathematical model and assessment system of coal resource priority degree evaluation is built up. It analyzes the reserve ability of coal resource and calculates the reserve degree of Guizhou Province.
