摘要
The ore-bearing strata of Yanglizhang manganese deposit are located in the half-confined basin of shallow water of Tongren fold-thrust belt of passive continental margin flexure belt, southeast of Yangtze block. The ore-bearing strata (manganese-bearing rock series) belong to carbonaceous shale and clay rock of the lower part of the first section of the Datangpo Formation of the lower Nanhua system. The ore body occurs in bedded and stratoid structure. The ore mineral mainly includes rhodochrosite, manganocalcite, manganocalcite, mangandolomite. The thickness of the ore body is controlled by tectonic and sedimental environments. Through comprehensive analysis on the geological characteristics of the deposit, paleogeography and paleostructure, it can be inferred that there is a great prospecting potential in this area.
