摘要
Based on the analysis of the factors affecting the geo-environment of Jilong Port, a three-level index system is proposed for its evaluation, including eleven indicators. Analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive assessment are used to assess the geo-environmental quality of the subject area quantitatively and by division. The results are in agreement with the field qualitative evaluation, which justifies the system and the methods. This study can serve as a guide for the planning and construction of the port.
