The lithology of the target layer of Tanan and South Ber’er oilfields in the central faulted belt of Tamutsag Basin is mainly pyroclastic sedimentary rocks. By applying the results of the petrophysical experiments, the influences of the pyroclast on both the characteristics of the well logging response and the pore structure of the reservoirs are analyzed, so the controlling factors and distribution laws of the oil saturations of structural and lithological reservoirs are made clear. On the basis of the above, the methods for the fluids are established on the bases of “Four classifications” reservoirs and the consideration of oil reservoir type and model, so the identification precision for the complex-lithology reservoirs are enhanced.
