///Earth pillars are well developed in Dandu, Luhuo in fractural zone of the Xianshuihe fracture zone. They were formed by brittle deformation from a metasandstone intercalated with slate of the Middle-Upper Triassic Runiange Group. Fault scratch and step structure indicates early right-lateral and late left-lateral strike-slip accompanied by thrust movement.
