摘要

This paper generalizes the optimality condition expressed by the Euler-Lagrange equation for classical calculus of variations. In the case of conjunctive management the generalized Euler-Lagrange equation is an integral equation or integral equation inequality.
    Constrained calculus of variations for optimization of conjunctive use of surface and ground waters.
