2012年云南省血吸虫病疫情分析

摘要
目的了解云南省血吸虫病疫情,为制定血吸虫病防治策略提供参考依据。方法收集2012年云南省血吸虫病疫情监测报表、年报表及有关螺情、病情资料,分析血吸虫病流行状况和特点。结果截至2012年底,全省现有血吸虫病人1283人,其中晚期病人816人,未发现急性感染病人。全省实有钉螺面积1 679.73hm~2,全省血吸虫病流行地区现有存栏耕牛265440头,耕牛血吸虫感染率0.12%较2009年的0.22%明显下降。结论云南省血吸虫病重点流行地区疫情仍然维持在历史较低水平;由于流行地区家畜数量大,对环境的污染仍然存在。大力推进以传染源控制为主的血吸虫病综合防治策略是实现血吸虫病防治中长期规划目标的治本之策。
Objective To understand the endemic situation of schistosomiasis in Yunnan province in2012,and provide the evidence for making out control measures.Methods The epidemiological data of schistosomiasis control,including monitoring reports,annual reports,information about the snails and the illness were collected and analyzed by the descriptive epidemiology method.Results By the end of 2012,there were 1 283 cases of schistosomiasis in Yunnan province,among them 816 were advanced cases,and no acute cases were found.About 1 679.73 hm~2 of areas with snails were found.A total of 265 440 head of cattle were raised in schistosomiasis transmission regions in 2012.The infection rate of catde in 2012(0.12%)decreased obviously comparing to that in 2009(0.22%).Conclusion The endemic situation remains at a low level in Yunnan province.The number of domestic animals is large,which will contaminate the environment with snails.Therefore,it is suggested that promoting the comprehensive control strategy with emphasis on infectious sources control is an effective measure to achieve the mid and long term goals on schistosomiasis control program.
