摘要

目的对2005年7月15~18日在禄丰县碧城镇和仁兴镇发生的8例不明原因猝死病例进行分析,总结云南不明原因心源性猝死的临床特点和流行病学规律,探讨其预防和救治方案。方法查看猝死病例的病历,以及对猝死病例进行回顾调查,选择1:5的猝死病例与健康对照进行调查和研究,同时采集相关标本进行检测;对各项指标进行分析。结果其中1例死亡病人经过多次反复晕厥,在镇卫生院救治后转至昆明市某儿童医院治疗无效死亡,其母在昆明市某儿童医院看护病儿时突然发生晕厥,立即转院到昆明市另一医院,经抢救无效死亡,其他6例死亡病人均在短时间内突然晕倒而死亡,无抢救余地。结论经过对8例死亡病人的流行病学和临床特点等综合分析,本次疫情符合"云南不明原因心源性猝死"的诊断。
        ObjectiveTo summarize the clinical characteristics and epidemic patterns and find effective ways to prevent and treat Yunnan unexpected sudden cardiac death(USCD) by analyzing 8 USCD cases in Bicheng and Renxing towns of Lufeng County from July 15 to 18,2005.MethodsA 1∶5 matched case-control study was conducted.All cases and controls were investigated retrospectively;the related samples were collected and tested.ResultsOne patient,who was brought through in the local township health center after recurrent syncope,died after being transferring to a children's hospital in Kunming in spite of the rescuing treatments.The patient's mother occurred syncope when she took care of the patient and died after being transferred to another hospital in Kunming.The other 6 patients died suddenly after falling down and they couldn't be rescued in time.ConclusionsThe epidemiological and clinical characteristics suggest that the 8 patients' death in Lufeng is an event of USCD accorded with the diagnostic criteria of USCD.
