湖北省中小型水库土石坝渗漏原因及防渗处理

摘要
湖北省共有各类水库5 838座,二、三类水库为4 262座,其中70%以上为土石坝,普遍存在大坝渗漏问题。目前大坝防渗处理技术措施较多,如何因地制宜地选择防渗处理方案以满足除险加固工程的功能性、可实施性、经济性、环境和安全性的要求,是建设各方必须重视的问题。以湖北省某水库为例分析了大坝渗漏的类型及成因,提出了有针对性的优选方案和施工中应注意的问题,为水库的防渗加固处理提供参考和借鉴。
        There are totally 5838 reservoirs in Hubei Province including 4262 second- and third- class reservoirs, 70%of which are earth-rock dam,and there exist widely leakage in them.While many seepage control techniques for dams have been developed,It has still significant to choose proper anti-seepage measures according to local conditions in the function,practicality,economy and safe requirement.The causes and types of dam leakage are analyzed by taking a reservoir in Hubei Province as an example,and the optimal measurements and issues to be attended to in construction are advanced for reference to similar reinforcing projects.
