2008~2011年云南省地方病健康教育项目效果评价

摘要
目的在病区开展健康教育和健康促进,提高病区居民地方病防治知识的知晓率,推动地方病防治工作。方法将地方病各病种的核心知识制成宣传材料,每年按时下发到各项目县,分别在家庭主妇和小学4~6年级学生中进行地方病防治的健康教育,并对家庭主妇和4~6年级学生地方病防治知识基线调查、效果评价的知晓率进行统计和分析。结果在项目实施前,目标人群地方病相关知识都相对缺乏,各病种的知晓率均相对较低;通过项目实施各病种防治知识知晓率都有了显著提高,碘缺乏病、燃煤型氟中毒和饮水型氟中毒、饮水型砷中毒、克山病防治知识知晓率每年均达到了项目的要求,且有逐年上升趋势。结论随着健康教育项目的逐步推进,人群对地方病防治知识的了解逐渐加深,知晓率呈逐年上升趋势,健康教育和健康促进也成为地方病防治工作的关键。
Objective To develop health promotion and health education,and raise residents' awareness of endemic prevention.Methods Brochures and pamphlets with core knowledge of endemic diseases were distributed to each project county every year.Health education of endemic diseases was carried out among housewives and 4~6 graders in primary schools.Then baseline survey and effect evaluation were conducted and statistically analyzed. Results Before implementation of the project,target population had poor knowledge of endemic prevention and the awareness rates of endemic diseases were low.With the implementation of the project,the awareness rates had been raising steadily.People were better informed of related information of iodine deficiency disorders,coal-burning and water-drinking types of fluorosis,water-drinking type arsenic poisoning,Keshan diseases and so on. Conclusions With the implementation of health education projects,people have deeper awareness of endemic diseases, and health education and promotion have been the key for endemic disease prevention and control.
