Stomatal conductance affects the major accumulation of LMW PAHs in pine than oak. High specific leaf area of pedunculate oak favors the retention of MMW and HMW PAHs. PAH uptake increases with the diameter at breast height of the trees. Evergreen trees increase the amount of PAHs removed from the air.
