文摘

We used geophysical data to study the Precambrian Singo Granite in Uganda.

We found that it is a nested igneous ring complex formed from eight complexes.

It was formed because of N, E and SW migration of magma plumbing systems.

Revealing it as nested igneous ring complex is important for mineral exploration.

Our approach can be used for discovering other subsurface igneous ring complexes.
