Sensitivity of the performances of the 3-fluid LAMEE and a 2-fluid LAMEE to several operating parameters is tested and compared.

Results show that the performance of the 3-fluid LAMEE is higher than the 2-fluid LAMEE under the entire range of operating parameters studied.

Under some conditions, the 3rd fluid is able to increase the moisture transfer rate by a factor of 17.
