An integrated approach to estimate the storage reliability is proposed. A non-parametric measure to estimate the number of failures and the reliability at each testing time is presented. E-Baysian method to estimate the failure probability is introduced. The possible initial failures in storage are introduced. The non-parametric estimates of failure numbers can be used into the parametric models.
