摘要
Ultra-wide-band (10−3–108 Hz) sensors of dynamic deformation with a contact area of 0.8 mm2 based on 1-μm-thick Pb(Zr0.53Ti0.47)O3 films are discussed. With these sensors mounted on a seven-tier welded rod-made stand, the Fourier images of its responses to impact excitation are obtained. It is found that the deformation of the rectangular rods of the structure in the frequency range 10−3–102 Hz can be subdivided into three oscillatory processes: natural oscillations of the rods and different oscillation modes of the structure that are linearly dependent on the excitation strength, oscillations with an anomalously high energy dissipation, and stochastic oscillations. It is concluded that spectral criteria for estimating the state of sophisticated structures from the deformation of their constituents can be established.
