Coal mine accidents are affected by many factors and the deficiency of individual behavior is one of the most important factors.The model of miners' unsafe behavior was obtained by three process.Firstly, based on the analysis of individual behavior, eight associated factors were put forward, including individual safety behavior ability, safety supervision, workload arrangement, organizational climate, man-machine efficacy, motivation, work environment and communication.Secondly, the qualitative behavior model was established.Finally, the model was applied to four coalmine accidents to evaluate miners' unsafe behavior.Besides, three factors, namely individual safety behavior ability, safety supervision and organizational climate, were found to be the main influential factors of individual behavior.
