摘要
High temperature deformation characteristics of a microalloyed steel were investigated by a Gleeble 3500 thermo-mechanical test simulator in the temperature range of 950 to 1 150℃ and strain rate range of 0.01 to 50 s-1.The effects of strain, strain rate and deformation temperature on the flow behaviour were analysed.Constitutive relationship of the microalloyed steel was modelled by using a stepwise multiple-linear regression method. The results showed that the flow stress increased with decreasing the temperature and increasing the strain rate.Dynamic recrystallisation ( DRX) occurred at high deformation temperature and low strain rate. The critical strain for the occurrence of DRX increased with the decrease of temperature. The variable ( 1 000/T) 2 was removed from the linear equation after stepwise selection and showed little contribution to the flow stress. The developed constitutive model had high prediction accuracy, and the calculated flow stress is in good agreement with the tested value.
