摘要
本文对氧化铝α相变及其相变控制进行探析,分析α相变温度控制相关机理与控制方法,对氧化铝前驱体的球磨,在前驱体中引入α氧化铝,或是添加不同矿化剂能对氧化铝前驱体全面降低,从而获取粒径较小的氧化铝粉体。在不同应用中有时还需要提升氧化铝α的相变温度,对热稳定性进行控制,将稳定添加剂融入到氧化铝中具有重要作用。
In this paper, Alumina alpha phase transformation and its phase transformation control are discussed, and the related mechanism and control method of temperature control of Alumina phase transformation are analyzed. The ball milling of alumina precursor, the introduction of Alumina alpha into the precursor or, or the addition of different mineralizers, can reduce the Alumina precursor in an all-round way, so that the smaller size of Alumina powder can be obtained. In different applications, it is necessary to raise the phase transition temperature of alumina alpha, control the thermal stability, and integrate stabilizing additives into alumina.
