摘要
采用Deform、MSC.Marc和Abaqus三款善于处理非线性问题的有限元软件对钨铜粉末轧制成形过程进行数值模拟,确定一款较为合适的模拟软件,为钨铜粉末轧制成形工艺及其参数的确定提供依据。结果表明:Abaqus软件处理非线性问题的能力较强,能够计算出粉末轧制过程中板材的相对密度、应力应变场和温度场的变化与分布。模拟结果与实验结果具有较好的一致性。
The powder rolling process of tungsten-copper was simulated with Deform, MSC.Marc and Abaqus finite element software to make sure the appropriate simulate software and provide an effective means for optimizing the technique design and setting parameters. The results show that Abaqus has the powerful ability of dealing with nonlinear problems, change and distribution of relative density, stress-strain field and tempe-rature fields during the powder rolling process can be calculated. The simulation results are in good agreement with the experimental results.
