摘要
对往复走丝电火花线切割机床常见的三种电极丝恒张力装置的性能做了对比研究,借助张力检测装置采集张力数据,得到三种电极丝恒张力装置在工作与不工作状态下的张力变化规律,进一步对其性能展开了分析对比。最后进行了磁粉式张力装置的试验特性分析。
        The performances of three types of usually used constant tension control appliances of reciprocating traveling WEDM were analyzed and compared. The data of tension was acquired by tension test equipment,thus the change rules between working status and not working status of three types of constant tension control appliances were found. Based on these findings,the analyses and comparisons of performances of three types of constant tension control appliances were carried out and some subsequent tests and analyses of the magnetic powder type were kept on.
