摘要
目的:探讨上颌前牙倾斜角度锥形束计算机断层扫描(CBCT)测量对种植治疗的指导及效果预测作用。方法:选取2015年1月至2016年6月本院收治的需行上颌前牙种植治疗的患者148例,随机分为CBCT组与常规组,每组74例。CBCT组在采用CBCT测量的基础上进行种植治疗,常规组未进行CBCT测量。比较CBCT组患者CBCT测量牙槽骨厚度及牙齿倾斜角度值与术中实际测量值,并对比两组种植成功率、不良事件发生率及患者满意度。结果:CBCT组患者术前经CBCT测量的牙槽骨厚度及牙齿倾斜度与术中实际测量值比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。CBCT组种植成功率和患者总满意率均明显高于常规组(均P<0.05),总不良事件发生率明显低于常规组(P<0.05)。结论:上颌前牙倾斜角度CBCT测量可指导临床工作者合理选择种植治疗时机及植入体种植位置,并可提高种植成功率及患者满意度,减少不良事件发生。
        Objective:To assess the cone-beam computed tomography(CBCT)value with regard to the outcome of maxillary anterior dental implant treatment.Methods:CBCT examination was performed in 74 patients(CBCT group)who received maxillary anterior dental implant therapy.74 patients with similar conventional treatment but without CBCT imaging were defined as a conventional group.The success rate of implant therapy,the incidence of adverse events and patients' satisfaction rate were compared.Results:The alveolar bone thickness and teeth inclination angle by CBCT measurement were similar to those obtained through actual measurement(P>0.05).The success rate of implant therapy and patients' satisfaction rate in CBCT group were significantly higher than those in conventional group,while the incidence of total adverse events was significantly lower(P<0.05).Conclusion:CBCT plays a role in guiding maxillary anterior dental implantation time and implant location,and it improved the chance of success and patients' satisfaction.
