摘要
本文以武汉音乐学院为例,分析心理委员工作中存在的问题,并从选拔、培训、考核激励三个方面进行探究,介绍了班级心理委员系统构建的实践经验以及实践成果。
Taking Wuhan Conservatory of Music as an example,this paper analyses the problems existing in the work of psychological commissioners,and explores from three aspects:selection,training,assessment and motivation.It also introduces the practical experience and results of the construction of class psychological committee system.
