摘要

随着经济的发展,社会上对环保问题越来越重视,环境检测工作逐渐提上日程,政府相关部门对环境检测工作做出了很大的贡献。本文首先分析了新环保法修订的主要内容,其次分析了新环保法对监测职责的定位,最后阐述了改善环境监测工作现状的有效途径。明晰了新环保法修订的主要内容以及对环境检测职责的定位,为广大环境检测从业者提供参考。
        With the development of the economy, the society has paid more and more attention to environmental protection issues, and environmental testing has gradually been put on the agenda. The relevant government departments have made great contributions to environmental testing. This paper first analyzes the main contents of the revision of the new environmental protection law, and then analyzes the positioning of the new environmental protection law on monitoring responsibilities. Finally, it expounds the effective ways to improve the status quo of environmental monitoring. It clarifies the main contents of the revision of the new environmental protection law and the positioning of environmental testing responsibilities, and provides a simple reference for the environmental testing practitioners.
