流动注射分析法与分光光度法测定水中硫化物的比较

摘要
流动注射分析法主要利用具有流速的试剂与试剂的容量测试物质。分光光度法主要通过波长判断物质属性。这两种方法都可以用来检测水中的硫化物。本文通过一定的实验方法对比两种方法检测硫化物的效果,实验结果表明流动注射分析法测定水中硫化物与分光光度法测定无明显差异,还具有精密度高、准确度高、实验效率高等优势。
        Flow injection analysis mainly USES reagents with flow rate and reagent volume test material. Spectrophotometry is mainly used to determine material properties by wavelength. Both methods can be used to detect sulfide in water. This paper compares the effectiveness of the two methods in the detection of sulfide by certain experimental methods. The experimental results show that there is no significant difference between flow injection analysis method and spectrophotometry method in the determination of sulfide in water, and it also has advantages of high precision, high accuracy and high experimental efficiency.
