摘要
随着社会经济的稳定增长,人们的生活水平在不断的提高,对食用肉品的观念也在发生变化。因此,为了深入的了解牛肉炖煮的风味区别,本文针对不同部位的牛肉进行炖煮,通过对比分析来了解不同部位牛肉炖煮的风味区别。
With the steady growth of the social economy, people's living standards are constantly improving, and the concept of meat products is also changing. Therefore, in order to understand the different flavor of beef stew, this paper aimed at different parts of beef stew, through comparative analysis to understand different parts of beef stew flavor.
