连续性血液净化治疗不同部位感染引起的脓毒症的效果观察

摘要
目的探讨连续性血液净化在治疗不同部位感染所引起的脓毒症中取得的效果。方法选择2017年10月至2018年10月间收治的103例脓毒症患者分为腹腔感染组50例和肺部感染组53例,对两组患者进行连续性血液净化治疗,观察两组治疗的效果。结果治疗后,腹腔感染组的平均动脉压提高效果比肺部感染组更为显著(P<0.05);两组患者血肌酐、尿素氮、总蛋白等均有所下降,但总胆红素治疗优势不明显,组间相比没有明显差异(P> 0.05);腹腔感染组血滤时间和机械通气时间都比肺部感染组少,证明持续性血液净化对腹腔感染所引发的脓毒症治疗效果更好(P<0.05)。结论连续性血液净化在不同部位感染所引起的脓毒症治疗中有一定疗效,但从总体疗效上看,对腹腔感染引发的脓毒症治疗效果更佳。
Objective to explore effect of continuous blood purification in treatment of sepsis caused by different site infections. Methods choose 103 cases sepsis patients from October 2017 to October 2018, divide them into abdominal infection group(50 cases) and pulmonary infection group(53 cases). After treatment of continuous blood purification, observe curative effect of two groups. Results after treatment, increase of mean arterial pressure in abdominal infection group was more significant than pulmonary infection group,(P< 0.05); serum creatinine, urea nitrogen and total protein of both groups decreased, total bilirubin showed no obvious treatment advantage, difference showed no significant between groups,(P> 0.05); blood filtration time and mechanical ventilation time of abdominal infection group was less than pulmonary infection group, which proved continuous blood purification had better effect on sepsis caused by abdominal infection,(P< 0.05). Conclusion continuous blood purification has some certain effect in treatment of sepsis caused by different site infections, but for overall effect, it has better effect for sepsis caused by abdominal infection.
