快速安装连接器型预制光缆的安装和施工规程探究

摘要
为保证预制光缆通信质量,关键节点靠连接器连接,其性能的可靠、稳定、快捷等是重要指标。传统光缆连接通常采用现场熔接的方法,在工艺、性能上存在一定缺陷。提出一款新型快速安装连接器型预制光缆产品,进行了安装实验,探讨了施工方案设计。在安装方面,提出安装板支撑固定预制光缆方案,以提高传输性能;提出免熔接光纤配线箱固定预制光缆方案,以满足审美和定制化需求。在施工方案中,提出一种简易施工技术规程:在电缆沟支架上安装非金属阻燃槽盒,预制光缆在槽盒内有序敷设。预制光缆能够实现即插即用,其应用和发展将确保智能变电站更为安全可靠地运行。
        To guarantee the quality of prefabricated optical cable communication, its key nodes are connected by connectors. Its performances such as reliability, stability and rapidness are important indexes. Traditional optical cable connection usually adopts field welding method, which has some defects in the process and performance. A new type of fast installation connector type prefabricated optical cable product is proposed. Its installation test is carried out, and its construction scheme design is discussed.In terms of installation, a fixed prefabricated optical cable scheme supported by installation plate is proposed to improve transmission performance; a fixed prefabricated optical cable scheme using welding free optical fiber wiring box is proposed to meet the aesthetic and customized requirements. In terms of construction, a simple construction scheme is proposed: the non-metallic flame retardant groove box is installed on the cable trench bracket, and the prefabricated optical cable is laid orderly in the groove box. The prefabricated optical cable can achieve plug and play performance, and its application and development will ensure a safer and more reliable operation of smart substations.
