摘要

本文立足靶场试验专用装备建设实际,简述了靶场开展自主跟产监造的任务和方式,分析了自主跟产监造活动的优势和不足,识别和策划了跟产监造活动流程,提出了相应的控制要求,为进一步加强对试验专用装备外包过程质量监控提供了依据。
        The article targets at the real condition of the construction of special range test equipment, introduces the task and method of self-directed following up and supervising in the range, analyzes the advantage and disadvantage of self-directed following up and supervising, discerns and plans the flow path of the following up and supervising activities, puts forward the relevant control requirement to provide foundation for further intensifying quality monitoring of the outsourcing process of special test equipment.
