摘要
本试验采用羽毛样本成功提取了信鸽基因组DNA,然后利用引物对2550F/2718R对其CHD基因的特异性片段进行扩增,琼脂糖凝胶电泳检测结果显示,雌性信鸽有2条带,分别在400 bp与600 bp左右,雄性仅有1条带,在400 bp左右。而后利用此方法,对600只性别未知的信鸽进行了性别鉴定,其中雄性信鸽358只,雌性信鸽242只,准确率达到100%,结果表明:本试验的分子生物学方法可用于鉴别信鸽性别,提高养殖经济效益,在生产管理上有广阔的应用前景。
        The primer pairs(2550F/2718R) was desgned and polymerase chain reaction(PCR) technique to amplificate the segments of CHD gene to identificate pigeon's sex using a DNA sample which was extracted from feather pulps.Results showed that a DNA fragment(about 400 bp) was amplified from male pigeons, and two DNA fragments(about 400 bp and 600 bp) were amplified from the female. Then 600 unknown sex samples were successfully identified by this PCR technique(358 females and 242 males). This technique is useful in the economic and the management of pigeon production.
