紫朱软膏对糖尿病非缺血型溃疡愈合及相关炎性因子的干预作用

摘要
目的:研究紫朱软膏对糖尿病非缺血型溃疡愈合及相关炎性因子的干预作用。方法:将32只SPF级SD大鼠随机分为4组,即糖尿病溃疡空白对照组(DU1)、糖尿病溃疡贝复济组(DU2)、糖尿病溃疡紫朱软膏组(DU3)、非糖尿病溃疡组(NU),造模成功后每组给予相应措施,比较各组溃疡愈合率及白介素-1β(IL-1β)、白介素-8(IL-8)、超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)含量变化。结果:紫朱软膏组(DU3)溃疡愈合率高于空白对照组(DU1)及贝复济组(DU2),其中显著高于空白对照组(DU1)(P<0.001),紫朱软膏组(DU3)IL-1β、IL-8、TNF-α、hs-CRP表达水平均较空白对照组(DU1)显著偏低(P<0.05),其中IL-1β较贝复济组(DU2)显著偏低(P=0.014)。结论:紫朱软膏能促进糖尿病溃疡愈合,降低相关炎性因子表达可能是其作用机制之一。
Objective: To study the effects of Zizhu Ointment on inflammatory cytokines in promoting healing process of diabetic nonischemic ulcer. Methods: 32 SD rats were randomly divided into diabetic ulcer model( DU1 controlled group,DU2 rb-b FGF,DU3 Zizhu ointment) and normal ulcer model( NU). Each group was given corresponding measures. After treatment,ulcer healing rate and the changes in serum IL-1(,IL-8,hs-CRP,TNF-α were determined. Results: The ulcer healing rate of the DU3 was higher than the DU1 and the DU2,significantly higher than the DU1( P<0. 001). After intervention,the levels of IL-1(,IL-8,hs-CRP,TNF-α in the DU3 were significantly lower than in the DU1( P<0. 05),while the level of IL-1( was significantly lower than in the DU2( P = 0. 014). Conclusion: Zizhu Ointment can promote the healing of diabetic ulcer,and one of the mechanism may be the effect of inhibiting the expression of inflammatory cytokines.
