摘要

目的探讨中医辨证论治对膝痹患者临床疗效的影响研究。方法将我院收治的98例膝骨关节炎患者随机分为两组。对照组49例采用常规西医对症治疗,试验组49例在对照组基础上采用中医辨证论治治疗。比较两组患者临床疗效、膝关节功能评分的差异。结果试验组患者临床总有效率为95.9%高于对照组79.6%,比较具有统计学差异(P <0.05);治疗后试验组患者膝关节评分降低,也低于同期对照组,比较具有统计学差异(P <0.05)。结论中医辨证论治对膝痹患者临床效果佳,其具有较高的临床有效率,明显改善患者膝关节功能,值得临床选择。
        Objective To study the clinical effect of TCM syndrome differentiation and treatment in patients with knee osteoarthritis. Method 98 patients with knee osteoarthritis in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups, 49 cases each group. The control group adopted the conventional western medicine; on the basis, the test group adopted the TCM syndrome differentiation and treatment. The clinical effect and knee joint function scores were evaluated. Result The total effective rate for test group(95.9%) was significantly higher than control group(79.6%)(P <0.05); after treatment, the knee joint function scores for test group were significantly lower than before and control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The TCM syndrome differentiation and treatment has an obvious effect in patients with knee osteoarthritis, can improve the clinical effective rate and knee joint function.
