摘要

基于乡村振兴战略管理理论,结合实地调研,对农村食品安全特征和城乡食品安全风险差异性进行了分析。运用博弈论的方法,选择基层政府、农村食品生产加工者和农村消费者作为农村食品安全社会共治的博弈主体,建立并分析了各主体间的静态博弈模型,根据研究结果提出了农村食品安全社会共治的对策建议。
        Based on rural revitalization strategy's management theory and field investigation, the characteristics of rural food safety and the differences between urban and rural food safety risks were analyzed. Using the game theory method, the grassroots government, rural food producers and processors and rural consumers were chosen as the game subjects of rural food safety social co-governance, the static game model among the subjects was established and analyzed, and the countermeasures and suggestions for rural food safety social co-governance were put forward according to the research results.
