摘要
数据化时代的知识型经济对于人才培养模式提出了新的要求,加拿大政府以构建未来公民所应具备的关键能力为宗旨,提出了21世纪核心素养的框架,并且利用STSE课程的整合式教育特性,将核心素养的理念细化、分解及融入到各省中小学的课程改革与教学实践中去。STSE课程立足于知识、技能与态度相融合的科学素养培养,设计跨学科的主题式课程内容、采用混合式教学组织形式,并运用综合性评价方式来将核心素养的培养贯彻到教与学的始终。
        The knowledge-based economy has put forward new requirements for the talent training in the digital era. To build the key capabilities for future citizens, the Canadian government has established the core literacy framework of the 21st century and according to the characteristics of interigation education for STSE curriculum, specified and refined the core literacy concept, and integrated it into the curriculum reform and teaching practice in primary and secondary schools in provinces. The STSE program is based on the scientific literacy of knowledge, skills and attitudes, designing interdisciplinary thematic curriculum content, using the mixed teaching modes, and adopting the comprehensive evaluation to carry out the cultivation of core literacy through the teaching and learning process.
